“The concept of “great design” is dynamic; great designers continually strive to understand and respond to the current cultural climate.  Successful products create meaningful experiences. The measure of my success is making a child laugh, helping a baby fall asleep or giving mom a much needed 10-minute break.”

Biography:
An innovative product designer and owner of sketchbook22, LLC – a freelance design consultancy that specializes in infant and children’s products.

Working with companies such as Fisher-Price, Safety First, The First Years, Simplicity, and more I’ve created fresh, functional product concepts that succeed in the marketplace as well as in the home.  As a mother of an infant and a toddler, (Ava, 2 ½ and Duncan, 7months) I’m constantly inspired by my personal experience which adds a meaningful perspective to my work.
